  • New employees who join the hotel will receive dynamic and engaging training. This training familiarizes them with the Hotel’s mission, vision, rules, regulations, and the working conditions

  • The existing employees are trained to refresh and enhance their knowledge and quality of service

  • If there are any new processes or systems, training is given again to cope with those changes

  • When promotions are given, training is given so that employees are prepared to execute the responsibilities of the new job
