This is how I do it:
New employees who join the hotel will receive dynamic and engaging training. This training familiarizes them with the Hotel’s mission, vision, rules, regulations, and the working conditions
The existing employees are trained to refresh and enhance their knowledge and quality of service
If there are any new processes or systems, training is given again to cope with those changes
When promotions are given, training is given so that employees are prepared to execute the responsibilities of the new job
